A great opportunity, what or how to remodel a small 19 room motel?

This is a great opportunity, this 19 room motel that just barley makes enough money to run itself. I have the chance to spend other peoples money and remodel it. What would be some great ideas, themes, or unique things I could do. The sky is the limit. Really appreciate ideas. What would make you want to stay here?
