sounds like a extensive project.you will have to have plans drawn up.i wouldn’t be surprised if it was in the 100k range

I am a Home improvement contractor. Its hard to give an estimate without a plan. First , figure out your budget. Second design and layout accordding to desires.Third get estimates. Your only going to have so much money. Decide where you want to spend it. You might not be able to do everything.

If you are going to make an effort to duplicate the authentic moldings and flooring’s, fixtures, doors; you are going to be paying possibly twice what it would cost to buy a home that would be already suited to your wants.

you really need to call a contractor & get an estimate. it all depends upon who, where, size & products used. it also depends upon what you consider to be a reasonable price!!!
