How much will it cost to remodel a 900sq ft condo in the DC area?

This is in an average area. Nothing expensive. Just nice upgrades. I have an idea of materials but was wondering about labor and the best way to go about it. Is it better to hire a contractor to do everything or break down the job with several contractors?

    i would budget about $20k

    you should hire individual contractors unless you dont have any time or experience with it, then you should hire a general contractor
