i dont care for the rubbish bin in the pull out thingy
makes it hard to keep clean with all that cage shelf thing...its not easy to wipe down you really have to get on your hands in knees and wipe down each little metal bar...i would rather just have a shelf to wipe down...i am a little crazy about keeping that area clean
i love the special thingy drawer for your spices
its right next to my stove and the spice jars are sort of in these lay back thingys and so easy to find the right one quickly and easy to keep clean. i like the stand up pantry with the doors that have storage.
could i live with out all of them? yes, i dont find any worth the cost ...its fun for the first couple months but now i find with some convinces comes more troubles in cleaning ease
oh but i would get some glass doors that makes the kitchen look good i think
cheers

Remodeling extras are for looks, convenience, and/or resale value. If your budget allows, add any extras that add to the convenience. This way you will spend less time and physical aggravation, while increasing the resale value of your home. As a single mom with my own home, I shop the extras for bargains. (Custom made "Levolour" wooden mini blinds final cost came out to be BOG2 at J C Penney) window treatments look nice, work great, and increase my home's value. Have fun!

I'm a believer in going with nice and functual...all those " extra's " cost tons of money but not worth it.

We did ours 5 years ago. Drawers for pots are great, I wouldn't live without those. We have a rubbish bin on the inside of a cupboard door which is great. Don't put it right next to the dishwasher though. Ours is too close and it isn't practical when scraping plates to put in the washer because we can't have the bin and the dishwasher open at the same time. The thing we don't have which drives me crazy is a spot to hang up teas towels and hand towels. We ordered an oven which had a thin handle we could hang a tea towel on but when it came, the new model had a thick handle and it's impossible to hang a towel on. 2 sinks are essential. We got a 1 & 1/2 .Most of the time we wash dishes in the little one to save water but it's great having 2, more practical. If possible I would get some spare shelves for your cupboards. I have so many plates, platters, bowls etc. stacked so high that it's really hard to get to them when you want. If I had more shelves I could stack them in smaller piles for easier access.

My friend had her husband make the pull outs when she had to go into the hospital to have her knees replaced. She could no longer bend on her knees to find something in the back of the cabinet. I would definitely have them if you have any kind of a pantry because the whole shelf pulls out so you can reach the items in the back. Imagine a drawer pulling out and you can reach the bigger pots in the back with no problem. It's your call.
